摘要：介绍了英国公共研究机构科研经费的资助体系,重点分析了英国研究理事会(RCUK)和高等教育基金委员会(HEFCs)的资助模式。总结了英国公共研究机构资助模式对我国的几点启示。提出了完善我国公共研究机构资助模式的建议。
The support system of Public Sector Research Establishments （PSREs） in UK was introduced. The funding mode of Research Council UK （RCUK） and the Higher Education Funding Councils （HEFCs） were analyzed selectively. The paper summa- rized some apocalypse of the funding mode of PSREs in UK and brought out some advice to improve the funding mode of PSREs in China.
