摘要:The blade is an essential part of an aero engine. Its fatigue strength seriously affects the service life of the engine. Waterjet strengthing is a method of improving blade life. However, the blade's round corner is space-limited and prone to interference. In this paper, a waterjet path planning method is proposed to strengthen the round corner of the blade. The surface machining path of the blade is first extracted, and the collision detection between the nozzle and the blade is carried out. The nozzle posture adjustment is then carried out to avoid interference. Finally, experiments are performed to prove the effectiveness of the proposed path planning method. ? 2023 IEEE.
