摘要:为了研究隔舌间隙对双吸泵振动的影响,通过改变隔舌角度和基圆直径的方法来调节叶轮与隔舌之间的间隙,采用Realizableκ-ε二方程模型对双吸离心泵全流道进行定常数值模拟。计算得到不同隔舌角度和基圆直径的离心泵内部流场的压力和速度分布情况,同时采用速度脉动度概念分析蜗壳内的速度混合情况。结果表明:蜗壳内随着半径的增加,其速度脉动度逐渐减小;适当增加基圆直径和隔舌角度可以减小蜗壳内的速度脉动度,为双吸离心泵设计提供有益的参考。
In order to study the effect of volute tongue-impeller gaps on vibration in a double-suction centrifugal pump,the three-dimensional unsteady numerial method was applied to simulate the flow in the double-suction centrifugal pump with different base circle diameter and volute tongue casing by using Realizable κ-ε turbulence model. The distributions of pressure and velocity in the pump were obtained with different gaps concerning the rotor-stator interaction and velocity hybrid were analyzed by using the concept of velocity fluctuation. The analysis results indicated that the velocity fluctuation gradual decreased with the position of increasing diameter in the volute. The velocity fluctuation decreased by enlarging the base circle diameter and tongue angle properly which provide the beneficial reference of double-suction centrifugal pump design.
