摘要：NOVELTY - Composite control-released medicine carrier, comprises silicon-based mesoporous material spherical granule based material, and biodegradable polymer which is connected on outer surface of the mesoporous material by chemical bond. The aperture of the silicon-based mesoporous material is 2-20 nm. The weight ratio of the silicon-based mesoporous material and biodegradable polymer is 10:1-1:10. USE - The control-released medicine carrier is useful for preparing control-released medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carrier improves and optimizes release speed of medicine constantly in the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the carrier, which involves adding dry silicon-based mesoporous material and epoxy alkyl silane to the organic solvent, refluxing the mixture, stirring the mixture for 10-18 hours in the presence of nitrogen atmosphere, washing the mixture using solvent, drying the mixture, dispersing the dried solid in the organic solvent at 50-80 degrees C, adding polymer monomer and cross linker to the mixture, where the mole ratio of cross linker to polymer monomer is 0.05-0.5:1, adding catalyst to the mixture in the mole ratio of 0.01-0.5:1; refluxing the mixture in the presence of nitrogen atmosphere, filtering the obtained liquid, washing the liquid using solvent, and drying the liquid.
