摘要：企业成长是构成一国社会发展和经济繁荣的基础, 因此企业成长理论一直是经济理论研究的重要内容。中小企业成长性是指中小企业在持续经营中, 不断优化企业内外资源配置效率、实现规模增长与效益提高、获得企业价值持续增长的能力。本文从企业价值增长决定模型出发, 研究和分析了企业的市场环境、产业环境、市场风险、融资成本、技术创新能力、企业家才能、企业制度安排、规模经济潜力、多元化水平等九个决定中小企业持续成长能力的变量。
The growing capability of middle and small enterprises （MSEs） is the capability of optimizing the resource allocation efficiency inside and outside,achieving scale increasing and beneficial improving, and achieving enterprise value continual growing. This article will research and analyze nine factors which affect the growing capability of MSEs, such as marketing surroundings, industry environment, risk, finance cost, technology creativity, entrepreneur talent, enterprise institution arrange, the potentiality of scale economy, many faceted level and so on, according the determining model of enterprises value growing.
