摘要:研究开发了一种吗啉二聚体:双-(吗啉甲基)-脲作为气相缓蚀剂.采用多种方法对其气相缓蚀能力进行了评价,结果表明它是一种性能优良的黑色金属气相缓蚀剂,对铜、铝等有色金属也有一定的缓蚀作用.采用Kundsun法测定其饱和蒸气压(23℃)为1.73×10^(-2)Pa.电化学极化曲线研究表明它对金属的阴极电化学过程有明显的抑制作用.
A novel morpholium dimer, di-morpholiumomethyl-urea, was synthesized and certified by IR and 1H-NMR. Its vapor corrosion inhibition performance was appraised by many kinds of method. The results show that it is an excellent VPI (Vapor Phase Inhibitor) for iron-metals and has some protection for colored metals such as aluminum and copper. Its saturated vapor pressure, determined by Kundsun method in hi-vacuum conditions, was about 1. 73×10-2Pa at 23. 3℃. Electrochemical polarization curve study shows that it inhibits cathodic process.
