摘要:研究了以含锌废渣为原料,制备锌产品的工艺条件。实验主要对酸浸取,氧化除铁、锰和置换除去重金属元素等过程的 工艺条件进行了研究。制得了碱式碳酸锌和氧化锌两种锌产品,其纯度分别大于96%和95%。锌回收率达到80%以上。
Zn could be recovered as basic zinc carbonate or zinc oxide from the residues of zinc plating process. The residues were leached at pH 5 with sulphuric acid and then the leachate was purified by oxidation using KMnO4 to remove Fe and Mn and by displacement of heavy metals such as Cu, Pb, Ni with adding zinc powder. It was found that the rate of zinc recovery was about 80% while the purities of basic zinc carbonate and of zinc oxide were over 96% and 95% respectively. The content of zinc in basic zinc carbonate was more than 58% and that in zinc oxide more than 76% (by dry base).
