摘要:有机氯化合物具有相当毒性,性质稳定,残留在污泥中可能对其周围环境产生两次污染,因此必须对污泥中这类污染物的残留量进行测定。本工作着重研究了各种提取手段和净化方法对测定结果的影响,建立了污泥中666、DDT、氯苯、多氯联苯毛细管气相色谱分析方法。
A capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of 4 organochlorines,such as HCH,DDT,CBs,PCBs in river sediment is described.A mixture of a polar and an apolar solvent acetone-petroleum ether (1:1 v / v) was used for extraction in soxhlet apparatus.Several adsorbents were compared for the clean up.Silica gel Coiumn gave best resuits.CBS,PCBsand DDT were determined mined without interference from HCH.The recovery of added organochlorines was over 70% and the detection limit was in the range of 0.9-0.09 ppb for a 30 g sample on a dry basis.
