摘要：本文对华东理工大学体育科学与工程学院高水平运动员的新型培养模式——"体教结合"进行了研究与探索。体育学院根据高水平大学生运动员体育训练的特点及高等院校的优秀教育资源,通过成立专门的教师队伍及制定专业教学方案,对高水平运动员进行与普通国际经济与贸易学生相同水平的教学培养,使得高校体育人才能够利用其自身优势,更好地适应社会需求,最终实现高水平运动员与优秀大学生的双重培养目标。
This paper did the research and exploration on combination of sports and education,which is the new training mode of high level athletes,in College of physical science and engineering,East China University of Science and Technology.The college instituted the group of specialized teachers and professional teaching programs,according to the characteristics of athletes＇ physical training and the outstanding education resources of college and universities.The training would help students to keep the same level with ordinary students of international economics and trade.It will help the sports talents in colleges and universities to use their own advantages to meet the needs of the community and be able to complete the dual tasks both high level athletes and excellent college students.
