摘要:Taylor-Waters法与相应的设计工况下载荷确定规则及其应力判据三者构成一个完整规则,被各国规范应用于非标法兰的强度校核。标准法兰按标准规定的压力-温度额定值选用是安全的。最大螺栓预紧力是控制法兰接头泄漏的关键,而法兰的承载能力评估是决定最大螺栓预紧力的重要因素。法兰承载能力评估可采用公式计算、弹性应力分析、弹-塑性有限元分析等方法,并建立相应的应力分类判据、应变或转角判据。
Taylor-Waters method, load determination rule under working condition and stress limit consist of whole flange design rule which is used for non-standardized flange design in the codes of various countries. However, the flanges selected from standards through stipulated pressure-temperature relation are also allowed. Maximum bolt seating force is the key of controlling the leakage in flange joint, and load bearing capacity assessment of flange is the important factor for determining the maximum bolt seating force. The methods of evaluating load bearing capacity of flange include calculation based on formulas, elastic stress analysis and elastoplastic finite element analysis, which are coupled with the limit of stress, strain or deflection.
