摘要：文章基于扎根理论提炼老年人数字反哺效果的影响因素,立足“家庭—社会”双域协同视角构建了包含9个主范畴和21个子范畴的老年人数字反哺影响因素理论模型,并从个体、过程和外界3个维度阐释影响因素间的作用机理,即个体维度因素内部驱动老年人接受数字反哺的意愿和行为,过程维度因素协同作用于反哺效果,外界维度因素在实现积极反哺效果中发挥保障作用。在此基础上提出老年人数字反哺效果提升策略,即在社会影响下促进老龄群体内在更新,在社会参与下拓展数字反哺关系,在社会主导下嵌入专业化、适老化服务。
Based on the grounded theory,this article extracts the influencing factors of the digital feedback effects on the elderly,and constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of digital feedback on the elderly from the perspective of"family-society"dual domain collaboration,which includes 9 main categories and 21 sub categories.The mechanism of the interaction between the influencing factors are explained from three dimensions:individual,process,and external environment,namely,individual dimension factors internally drive the willingness and behavior of elderly to receive digital feedback,the process dimension factors synergistically affect the backfeeding effect,external dimensional factors play a guarantee role in achieving positive feedback effects.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures of the digital feedback effects for the elderly:promoting the internal renewal of the elderly population under social influence,expanding digital feedback relationships through social participation,embedding specialized and aging friendly services under social leadership.
