摘要：本文在总结西方社会工作学关于小组治疗元素理论的发展背景和过程的基础上,论述了小组治疗元素概念的理论意义和实践意义,对小组治疗元素进行了功能性的分类,并分析了小组治疗元素运用过程中的流程结构。
The paper discussed the significance of the conception of group therapeutic factors both in theory and practice,basing on summarizing the process of developing in the theory of therapeutic factors.Secondly,it had an insight and an analysis on classification and classificatory functions of therapeutic factors.Further,it explored the relationship of therapeutic factors and pictured the flow chart of their structure.At Last,it demonstrated functions of therapeutic factors in the process of applying them and in their flow structure.
