摘要:以Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为铁源,聚乙二醇(PEG)为碳源、还原剂和分散剂,用旋转蒸干法制备LiFePO4/C复合材料。用XRD、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和恒流充放电测试,分析了PEG用量的影响。当n(PEG)∶n(Fe)≥0.25∶1.00时,产物为纯橄榄石型LiFePO4结构;增加PEG用量,有利于得到粒径细小均匀、电导率高的产物。当n(PEG)∶n(Fe)=0.50∶1.00时,产物的电化学性能较好,0.1C首次放电比容量为164.1 mAh/g,第30次循环时的容量衰减率为1.3%。
LiFePO4/C composites were prepared by rotary evaporation method using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as iron source and polyethylene glycol(PEG)as both carbon source,reducing agent and dispersant.The effects of PEG dosage were analyzed by XRD,field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM)and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.When n(PEG)∶n(Fe)≥0.25∶1.00,the product was pure olivine type LiFePO4 structure,increasing the dosage of PEG could obtain the products with uniform small particles and high conductivity.When n(PEG)∶n(Fe)=0.50∶1.00,the product had fine electrochemical performance,its 0.1 C initial discharge capacity was 164.1 mAh/g,the capacity fading ratio was 1.3% at the 30th cycle.
