摘要：以独立董事连锁网络为立足点,讨论了企业数字化转型同群效应的存在性和情境机制。研究发现:独立董事连锁网络下企业数字化转型存在显著的同群效应。独立董事-CEO社会友好性和独立董事连锁网络中心度越高,企业数字化转型的同群效应越强。异质性分析表明,当企业规模和市场份额处于中间水平,或者当企业为非国有企业、吸收能力较强、公司治理水平较高、行业竞争度较高时,企业数字化转型的同群效应更加显著。
This paper explores the existence and situational mechanism of the peer effect of enterprise digital transformation in independent director networks.It is found that there is a significant group effect on enterprise digital transformation in in-dependent director networks.The higher the social friendliness between the independent directors and the CEO,the stronger the peer effect of enterprise digital transformation.The higher the centrality of the independent director network,the stronger the peer effect of enterprise digital transformation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that when the enterprise size and market share are in the middle level,or when the enterprise is non-state-owned,the absorption capacity is strong,the corporate govermance level is high,and the industry competition is high,the peer effect of enterprise digital transformation is more sig-nificant.
