摘要:通过2,4,6-三(4-羟基苯基)吡啶(HPP)与溴丙炔反应,合成了2,4,6-三(4-炔丙氧基-苯基)吡啶(POPP)。采用FTIR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,并制备了交联树脂P(POPP)。采用旋转流变仪,示差扫描量热分析,动态力学热分析,热失重分析等研究了POPP及P(POPP)树脂的性能。结果表明,POPP树脂可溶于大多数常见有机溶剂,确定其固化工艺为:200℃/2 h+220℃/8 h。P(POPP)具有良好的热性能,玻璃化转变温度高于其热分解温度,氮气中5%热失重温度达435℃,25℃下10~106 Hz频率内介电常数和介电损耗角正切值分别小于3.14和0.01。
The 2,4,6-tris(4-propargyloxy-phenyl) pyridine(POPP) was synthesized by reaction of 2,4,6-tris(4-hydroxyphenyl)pyridine(HPP)with propargyl bromide. The structure of POPP was characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and elemental analysis.The crosslinked resin P(POPP) was prepared. The properties of POPP and P(POPP) resin were studied by rotary rheometer,differential scanning calorimetry,dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the POPP resin could be dissolved in most common organic solvents,and the curing process was determined as followed:200 ℃/2 h +220 ℃/8 h. The P(POPP) had good thermal properties,the glass transition temperature was higher than its thermal decomposition temperature and the 5 % thermal weight loss temperature in nitrogen atmosphere was up to 435 ℃. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss angle tangent values were less than 3.14 and 0.01,respectively at 25 ℃ in frequency range of 10 ~ 106 Hz.
