摘要:在电力系统“强直流,弱交流”背景下,调相机凭借其出色的无功补偿能力成为我国直流输电系统的重要组成部分。调相机尺寸庞大、结构复杂,定子、转子之间电磁耦合现象明显,在运行过程中易发生转子偏心等故障,造成异常振动。为深入分析此问题,综合考虑调相机气隙偏心和质量偏心故障,通过解析法建立静偏心、动偏心和混合偏心工况下的不平衡磁拉力非线性表达式,然后基于Jeffcott模型建立转子动力学方程,使用龙格-库塔法进行求解,最后基于频率瀑布图、轴心轨迹等讨论重力、初始静偏心量、转速等因素对其非线性动力学特性的影响规律。结果表明:重力对转子动力学特性的影响与相同方向上恒定的初始静偏心量影响相似;动偏心下转子轴心轨迹随转速的增大逐渐变为清晰的闭合圆形曲线,在转子加速过程中会发生共振现象;混合偏心下初始静偏心量的大小和方向会影响转子动态响应。研究可为调相机偏心转子非线性动力学特性分析提供理论支撑。
Under the background of"strong DC and weak AC",the synchronous condenser has become an important part of China's DC transmission system due to its excellent reactive power compensation ability.Due to the large size and the obvious electromagnetic coupling between stator and rotor,the rotor static eccentricity and dynamic eccentricity are easy to occur in the operation process,which leads to abnormal vibration.In order to analyze this problem,the functional relationships of unbalanced magnetic pull were derived by analytical method under static eccentricity,dynamic eccentricity and mixed eccentricity conditions.Then,the rotor dynamics equation was established based on Jeffcott model and solved by Runge-Kuta method.Finally,based on the frequency waterfall diagram and the trajectory of shaft center,the influences of gravity,initial static eccentricity and speed on the non-linear dynamic performance of the rotor were discussed.The results show that the influence of gravity on the non-linear dynamic performance of the rotor is similar to that of the constant initial static eccentricity in the same direction.Under dynamic eccentricity condition,the axis trajectory diagram of the rotor is gradually becoming a clear closed circular curve with the increase of the speed,and resonance occurs during rotor acceleration.The magnitude and direction of the initial static eccentricity can affect the rotor dynamic response.The research in this paper has provided a theoretical support for the analysis of the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the synchronous condensers.
