摘要：根据石油化工工业的特点，该文提出了建立石油化工企业CIMS总体方案评估指标体系的基本原则，并分别给出了CIMS总体方案的综合效益评估指标体系和实施风险评估指标体系。在此基础上，讨论了应用AHP法进行CIMS总体方案评估的方法与步骤。最后，通过一个大型石油化工企业CIMS总体方案的评估过程说明了这一方法的有效性。
： According to the characters of petrochemical industry，this paper presents the basic principles that are used to found evaluation index system of overall scheme of petrochemical industry CIMS，and builds respectively up index system of evaluating comprehensive benefit and implementary risk．Based on the evaluation index system，the method and procedure of evaluation that use AHP are discussed．The real example of evaluation in the project of petrochemical industry CIMS shows the validity of the method．
