摘要：资产为本的干预理念在国外扶贫和救助领域已经有很多年的实践经验,并取得了很多良好的成效,但这一干预理念运用在中国大陆社会救助领域的经验还很缺乏。本文首先简要介绍资产为本的干预的基本概念和发展过程,而后对国内外相关的干预项目及其研究进行简要总结归纳,最后通过介绍上海市G机构的一项试验性研究,以上海市P区低保家庭为服务对象,具体分享如何发展和设计出一项资产为本的干预研究和服务,以期丰富这一领域的实证研究,特别是基于实验设计的定量研究。
Asset-based interventions have been implemented for poverty alleviation and social assistance for manyyears, and have shown positive effects on poverty reductions around the world. However, asset-based interventionshave rarely been applied in a Chinese context. In order to fill this gap, this paper introduces the basic concepts ofasset-based intervention and its developmental history. Then, this paper reviews several asset-based interventionsthat have been implemented internationally and nationally. Lastly, this paper uses a pilot study from an agency inShanghai as an example to show how to develop an asset-based intervention for Chinese urban low-security welfarerecipient families. Specifically, this paper focuses on the following research design components： background,purposes, randomization process, and specific intervention services. This paper aims to enrich the literature on thistopic by providing an example of a randomized control trial to social work researchers and practitioners in China.
