摘要：NOVELTY - This invention belongs to medical technology field, which is a method for separating and enriching iridoid glycoside components and crocin components from Chinese medicine gardenia fruit. This method makes gardenia pick-up solution which has been picked up and concentrated by ethanol through macroporous resin adsorption and more through gradient elution to enrich, and then it reduces pressure and concentrates to get iridoid glycoside and crocin. Said method of this invention is simple and convenient to do, and it also comprises low cost, friendly surrounding, and more features; produce ratio of iridoid glycoside and crocin is high, and comprehensive utilization extent of gardenia medicine material is comparatively high.
