摘要:针对重质原油聚合物/表面活性剂(SP)二元复合驱采出水难破乳的问题,评选了几十种破乳剂,其中破乳剂ZY-02效果显著。论文考察了新近开发的聚合物、表面活性剂及助表面活性剂对重质原油复合驱采出水稳定性的影响,并探究了破乳剂浓度等条件对重质原油复合驱采出水破乳的影响。实验表明:聚合物浓度较低时有利于原油采出水的破乳,而高浓度聚合物则会对原油采出水乳液的稳定性起到显著的增强作用。表面活性剂与聚合物相互作用以及助表面活性剂的加入都增强了原油采出水的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem about the demulsification of heavy crude SP flooding produced water, different types of demulsifiers were evaluated, and it was found the effect of demulsifier ZY-02 was obvious. Effects of new polymer, surfactant and cosurfactant on the stability of heavy crude SP flooding produced water were investigated. Besides, the effects of external conditions such as settlement time, temperature and demulsifier concentration on the demulsification of heavy crude SP flooding produced water were explored. Results showed low polymer concentration favored the dernulsification of flooding produced water, but high concentration could significantly enhance the stability of flooding produced water. The in- teraction of surfactant and polymer and the addition of cosurfactant both contributed to the stability of flooding produced wa- ter.
