摘要:This research models multi-body dynamic assembly of Macpherson front suspension with Adams software based on the parameters of Santana and in accordance with regular rules sets up parameters of front suspension and motion. Simulation analysis is conducted on unidirectional wheel vibration and in line with simulation results the changing law of orienting key suspension in the proceeding of wheel vibration is analyzed. Evaluate existing rationality and corresponding deficiencies of set suspension, if any, judging from its parameter variation range and accordingly set forth certain suggestions and improvements on optimization. Re-utilize module Adams/Insight to ameliorate the hard point value which has impacts on suspension performance. And then observe the effects to wheels caused by substituting elastic constraining elements for rigid ones.
