摘要:采用新型的挤出-滚圆装备,以微晶纤维素为辅料,水为粘合剂制备非载药微丸。采用正交试验考察水分、挤出转速、滚圆转速、滚圆时间等因素对(空白)微丸质量影响,还比较了国产微晶纤维素与两种进口品成丸的优缺点。
Pellets using microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) as matrix and water as adherent were prepared by a new style extrusion spheronization equipment.By means of or thogonal design, the influencing factors were water added, extrusion speed, spheronization speed and spheronization time.The effects of domestic and imported MCC (Avicel PH101 and Vivacel 101) were compared.
