摘要：本文对上海地区具有代表性和规模性的八大科技园区的科技型中小企业进行分析,选取其中的制造类企业,从专利结构、专利的合作研发状况及专利的法律状态等专利信息的角度对制造类企业进行了分析,发现上海的很多科技型中小企业存在专利成果匮乏、专利结构不合理或专利有效率低等问题,从而得出上海地区科技型中小企业的创新能力呈现出整体水平较低且不均衡的结论,并根据结论从企业自身及创新大环境等角度,提出具有现实意义的建议。
The paper analyzed Sci-tech Small and medium-sized enterprises（SMEs） in eight representative and large-scale of the Science and Technology Park in Shanghai,then conducted a research on the perspectives of patents structure,cooperation and the legal status of the patents of manufacturing.It found lots of problems such as lack of patents,unreasonable patents structure,and large rate of invalid patents.The conclusion showed that the innovation capability of SMEs in Shanghai was imbalance and in a low level.At last the paper gave the meaningful suggestions of the innovation environment and the enterprises.
