摘要:结合蒙特卡罗(MC)方法和三维弹簧格子模型,发展了一种从非均相高分子材料的组成出发,预测材料的微观结构及力学性能的连续介观模拟方法。计算结果显示:A-B高分子共混薄膜的形貌与共混比例密切相关,改变薄膜中两种聚合物的共混比例对薄膜整体的力学性能有较大的影响。
A continuous mesoscopic simulation method which combines Monte Carlo method and lattice spring model is developed,where the structure of heterogeneous polymer materials is simulated from the composition,and then the mechanical property can be obtained from the structure.The simulation results show that the morphology of A-B polymer blend film is strongly dependent on the composition of the polymer blend,while the mechanical response is mainly affected by altering the blending ratio of polymers.
