摘要:NOVELTY - An amino-type chromatographic stationary phase has amine structure (I) or (II). USE - Amino-type chromatographic stationary phase is used as hydrophilic chromatographic stationary phase. ADVANTAGE - The stationary phase is manufactured efficiently with excellent retaining and separating selectivity to polar compounds based on acetonitrile/water as a mobile phase. The polarity of the surface of the stationary phase is adjusted by controlling the length of the carbon chain, such that the stationary phase can provide a polar acting force and a certain hydrophobic acting force at the same time and improve the selectivity of hydrophilic chromatography. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An amino-type chromatographic stationary phase has structure of formula (I) or (II). A=SiO2 surface;and a-c=1-4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of amino-type chromatographic stationary phase, which involves acidifying silica gel, and bonding silane reagent modified by terminal amino group to surface of silica gel in organic solvent system.
