摘要:依据好氧硝化和缺氧反硝化生物脱氮除碳工艺原理,设计了一体化生物膜法A/O反应器,并将其应用于生活污水处理,取得了理想的处理效果。实验结果表明,水力停留时间HRT=12h,COD进水浓度处于150~500mg/L范围内,COD的去除率均在90%以上,且出水均在40mg/L以下;当C/N比为8.5以下时,NH3-N去除率高于90%,其出水浓度小于5mg/L;当C/N比为7.5左右时,具有较高的总氮脱除效果,TN去除率可达到70%。
Based on the principle of anoxic/oxic (A/O) process,the integrative biofilm A/O reactor was designed and applied to carbon & nitrogen removal for domestic sewage, and the satisfactory results are achieved. The results showed that the removal rate of COD is more than 90% and the effluent COD is less than 40 mg/L when HRT is 12 h and the influent COD concentration is from 150 mg/L to 500mg/L, and the removal rate of NH3-N is more than 90% and the effluent NH3-N 〈5 mg/L when carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio is less than 8.5. Nitrogen removal is effective, the removal rate of total nitrogen (TN) is more than 70% when C/N ratio is about 7.5.
