摘要:双转子连续混炼机的熔融流场具有高剪切、强拉伸的作用,并且可以连续工作。文中依据机械力化学的原理,采用双转子连续混炼机对废旧胎面橡胶(WTR)进行脱硫活化实验,研究了转子转速、料筒温度、抗氧剂等对所得到的再生活化胶的凝胶含量、交联密度及二次硫化后橡胶的力学性能的影响,并采用GPC、NMR等测试手段对再生活化胶的分子量及分子结构进行了研究。结果表明,当转子转速为1000 r/min,料筒温度为100℃时,废旧胎面橡胶的脱硫活化效果最好。
The molten flow field of two-rotor continuous mixer has high shear and strong stretching function.Based on the mechanochemisty theory,the desulfurization process of waste tire rubber(WTR)was implemented by using two-rotor continuous mixer.The effects of rotor speeds,barrel temperature and antioxidant on gel content,crosslink density of extrude rubber and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber were studied in this paper,and the changes of molecular weight and the molecule structure were analyzed by the gel permeation in chromatography(GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR) method.The production has been got that effect of desulfurization is best when rotor speed is 1000 r/min and barrel temperature is 100 ℃.
