摘要：本文以产权集中度、集权程度、正规化、执行能力、价值观差异性等几个组织特征指标在生命周期各阶段的差异性作研究主体,解释它们随生命周期而变化的规律。通过问卷调研和数据分析,发现产权集中度和集权程度出现了"高-低—高"的趋势,而执行能力和正规化程度出现了"低—高—低"的变化规律,价值观的差异程度在成长期最小,在衰退期最大。由于成长和成熟期相对于衰退期来说是发展阶段,从生命周期视角比较组织特征差异就可以分离出发展型企业的组织特征。
This paper focus on the characteristic indexes in various stages of the life cycle differences, such as the concentration degree of property rights, the centralization degree, normalization, implementation capacity, values differences, which are used for research subjects to explain the variation of them with the life cycle. The trend ＂high-low-high＂ of property concentration and centralization is found through the questionnaire survey and data analysis, but implementation capacity and normalization show the variation of ＂low-high-low＂, and the differenee degree of values minimum in the growth stage, maximize in a recession. As period of growth and maturity are also in development contrasting with the recession stage, the organizational characteristics of growth-oriented enterprises can be isolated from another with contrastin~ or^anizinK feature differences from the perspective of the life cycle.
