摘要:作者从流体力学基本原理出发,提出了绝热轴向固定床反应器低阻气流均布装置的设计原则,并在三种不同直径的冷模试验装置中进行实验验证。实验结果表明,作者所设计的均布装置,均布效果好,损失小。速度均方差S_1<9%,损失系数ξ≈1.35。适用于绝热轴向固定床反应器,特别是薄床层反应器。
In this paper, based upon the basic principle of fluid mechanics, a method of designing the gas distributors of low resistance in adiabatic fixed-bed reators was proposed and, moreover, the experimental verification was completed in the cooling model equipments with three different diameters. The experimental results show that the distributor has a well-distributed effect on gas stream and a comparatively small head loss. The sample standard deviation of velocity S1<9% and the coefficient of head loss ξ=1.35.It can be applied to axial adiabatic fixed-bed reactors, specially to shallow fixed-bed reactors.
