摘要:将凡士林与机油的混合物(质量比为1:3)均匀地涂布在载玻片上,将载玻片快速而又平稳的通过喷射区域,然后将采集到有雾滴的载玻片迅速放在显微镜下观察,通过 CCD 摄像头、监视器以及图像采集卡将雾滴图像保存在计算机里,利用 Photoshop 软件对采集的图像进行处理,通过测量图像所占有的像素点,即可算出雾滴的粒径。用 LDC-2500激光器发出的片光源照射喷射区域,在与激光垂直的方向用数码相机拍摄被照亮的喷雾场,然后通过数字图像测量喷雾角和观测喷雾形状。
In this article,a piece of glass is covered with a mixture of Vaseline and lubricant(mass ratio 1:3),then it is passed quickly and steadily spraying area.Meanwhile,we observe the glass with a microscope and CCD camcorder immediately.A lot of pictures are putted into a computer with monitor and connection card of picture.Then we measure diameter of droplets and deal with the data of the experiment with Photoshop software.We can learn droplet size by calculate the number of pixel in a droplet.Spraying area is illuminated with laser which is emit from a LDC-2500 machine of laser, meanwhile,the direction of laser is the same with the direction of spraying.We take photographs for illuminated area with numeral camera,then we measure spray angle.
