摘要:研究了在不同的气氛 (惰性气氛、氧化性气氛、蒸汽和它们之间的混合气氛 ) ,不同的时间 (0~ 45 min)下 ,煤中氯热解析出的变化 .同时考察了气体流速、热解温度和不同比率的水蒸气对煤中氯析出的影响 .研究表明 ,气体流速对煤中氯的析出具有明显的影响 ;热解温度影响最大在80 0℃时 ,氯析出率明显高于较低温度时氯的析出 ,达 79.1 % ;氧化性气氛中 ,氯的析出率比惰性气氛中高 ;
Chlorine is one of trace elements in coal,which do harm to environment seriously.In this paper,pyrolysis release of chlorine in coal is studied, at various times(0~45 min) under different gas atmospheres (inert gas atmosphere,oxidizing gas atmosphere,steam and their mixture gas atmosphere).The effects of gas flow rate,pyrolysis temperature and different ratios of steam on chlorine removal from coal are also examined.Results show,gas flow rate have increased effct on chlorine release;chlorine release rate at 800 ℃ reaches to 79.1 % obviously higher than lower temperatures,chlorine release rate in the oxidizing atmosphere is higer than in the inert atmosphere;chlorine removal rate increases as steam is added.
