摘要：In recent years, the development of information technology brings new opportunities for home-based care from the technical level. As a new generation of high-tech products, wearable devices can be used as an effective supplement to home-based care facilities and provide efficient help for home-based care services. In this study, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the factors of the elderly adopting wearable devices. The research is based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), and expands it. On the basis of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, adding perceived enjoyment and self-efficacy into the subjective internal factors, adding perceived accessibility and perceived risk into the objective external factors, and adding a subjective external factor, perceived sociality to form a matrix model. Through reliability and validity analysis, hypothesis test, structural equation model analysis and so on, the model and hypothesis are verified to make up for the deficiency of subjective factors and exogenous factors in the original TAM model. ? 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
