摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of inexpensive PVC ultrafiltration membrane pore structure comprises mixing 10-20 wt.% PVC, 0.1-10 wt.% second blend, 0.1-40 wt.% non-solvent, 1-5 wt.% additive, 0.1-0.5 wt.% heat stabilizer and balance solvent, defoaming at 90-130 degrees C, rolling, molding, placing in gel medium, solidifying, soaking in purified water for greater than or equal to 48 hours, removing excess organic solvent, and drying at 25 degrees C and 50% relative humidity. Gel medium comprises N,N-dimethylacetamide, gamma -butyrolactone and polyethylene glycol 200 or 400 at mass ratio of 1:1-5:1, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, and purified water. USE - Method for preparing inexpensive PVC ultrafiltration membrane pore structure (claimed).
