摘要：通过中国知网数据库(CNKI)检索筛选,自2003年到2020年2月包含应急管理主题的CSSCI来源期刊文章共2241篇,运用CiteSpace与VOSviewer可视化分析软件对文献展开机构、作者与关键词共现及关键词聚类与突现分析,研究在重大公共突发事件背景下,我国应急管理领域的发展历程及研究热点,为未来应急管理理论探索和实践发展提供科学参考。本文将应急管理研究划分为四个阶段:一是以政府为中心的"一案三制"构建阶段;二是以应急实践为中心的应急能力建设阶段;三是以应急方法为中心的规律探索研究阶段;四是以国家能力为中心的宏观治理研究阶段。研究结论为:①我国应急管理研究机构以高校为主,在我国各地皆有分布,西部地区稍微薄弱;②应急管理研究作者分布呈现整体分散、部分合作的状态;③研究热点围绕地方政府、危机管理、突发事件、应急管理体系、应急决策等关键词;④研究主题聚焦于应急管理、应急物流、突发事件、应急决策、社会管理;等等。
A total of 2241 articles from CSSCI journals containing emergency management topics were searched and screened in CNKI database from 2003 to February 2020.CiteSpace and VOSviewer analysis software was used to analyze the organization,author and keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and emergent analysis of the literature.This paper studies the development process and research hotspots in the field of emergency management in China,so as to provide scientific reference for the theoretical exploration and practical development of emergency management.In this paper,the study of emergency management is divided into four stages:The first is the construction stage of"one case,three systems"with the government as the center.The second is the emergency capacity building stage with emergency practice as the center;the third is the law exploration stage with emergency methods as the center;the fourth is the macro governance research stage with national capacity as the center,and draws the following conclusions:①the research institutions of emergency management in China are mainly colleges and universities,which are distributed all over our country.And the western region is slightly weak;②the distribution of emergency management research authors is in a state of overall dispersion and partial cooperation;③the research focus revolves around the key points such as local government,crisis management,emergency,emergency management system,emergency decision-making and so on;④The research topic focuses on emergency management,emergency logistics,emergency decision,social management and so on.
