摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves designing and preparing an electrode template and a micro-channel template. A micro-fluid control channel is formed on a surface of a micro-electrode by a self-assembling technique for fixing a chemical or biological molecule to form a modified micro-electrode in a self-assembled layer. An analyte is mixed with the chemical or biological molecule by a micro-channel for contacting and reacting with the modified micro-electrode. A test solution is filled in the micro-channel for detecting the modified electrode by an electrochemical process. USE - Method for designing a micro-fluid control multi-channel chip that is utilized for single-electrode or multi-electrode self-assembling and electrochemical detection. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing designing of a micro-fluid control chip and preparing a corresponding template so as to conduct single-electrode or multi-electrode self-assembling and electrochemical detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a micro-fluid control multi-channel chip preparing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a micro-fluid control multi-channel chip designing method.
