摘要:以水为溶剂,合成出了高纯度的三聚氰胺磷酸盐,确定了最佳的合成条件,并用甲基胍胺对三聚氰胺磷酸盐进行了改性研究,且对其进行了元素和热失重分析、IR表征。结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度是95℃,反应时间是1.5h,三聚氰胺与磷酸的物质的量的比为1∶1.05。改性后的磷酸盐含磷量为13.6%,更接近于其理论含磷量;改性前后,分解温度由250℃提高到262℃;在700℃的残炭率由26.17%提高到30.02%。
High purity melamine phosphate (MP) was synthesized with melamine and phosphoric acid as raw materials, and water as solvent. The optimal condition for MP was fixed. Meanwhile, MP was modified by aeetoguanamine, and characterized by means of element analysis, TG and IR. The results showed the reasonable synthesis conditions were reaction temperature 95 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h, the mass ratio of melamine/phosphoric acid 1 : 1.05. The phosphorus content of the modified phosphate was 13.6% , being more close to theoretical value; after the modification the initial decomposition temperature rose from 250 ℃ to 262 ℃, and the carbon residue content increased from 26. 17% to 30. 02% at 700 ℃.
