摘要：城镇化与国际化是“中国梦”的两翼,前者保障经济高质量发展,后者改良国际生存环境。建国70年以来,在曲折发展的国际化进程中,我国城市在国际体育赛事举办方面进行了不懈的探索与实践,带给我们许多经验和启示。研究试图从整体上把握国际体育赛事举办与我国城市国际化互动发展的外在表现与内在动力,以时间为线索将其分为“艰难起步”“渐入佳境”“齐头并进”和“深入发展”4个发展阶段,并对每个阶段的时代背景、驱动力及相互关系进行分析,以此探讨国际体育赛事举办助力我国城市国际化的作用、机制及规律。在对国际体育赛事与城市国际化互动发展取得的成就和经验进行分析的基础上,结合新时代的要求,提出国际体育赛事举办助力城市国际化发展的建议,即推动赛事大众化、产业化、网络化发展及赛事创新,从而更好地服务于城市国际化。
Urbanization and internationalization are two wings of the“Chinese Dream”.The former guarantees high-quality economic development,while the latter improves the international living environment.Since the founding of PRC 70 years ago,Chinese cities have made unremitting exploration and practice in the holding of international sports events in the process of tortuous development of internationalization,which brings us a lot of historical experience and enlightenment.This paper tries to grasp the external manifestations of international sports events and Chinese cities internationalize,and divides them into four stages of development with the clue of time,which are named“difficult start”,“getting into a better situation”,“going hand in hand”and“high-quality development”.It also analyses the background,driving force and interrelationship of each stage,so as to explore the role,mechanism and law of China's urban internationalization.Based on the analysis of the achievements and experiences in the development of international sports events and the requirements of the new era,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the internationalization of cities by international sports events,such as promoting the popularization,industrialization,networking development and innovation of sports events,so as to better serve the internationalization of cities.
