摘要:采用连续法工艺 ,探索研究了以碳酸钾和碘甲烷为催化剂 ,在CO2 的临界点附近由CO2 与甲醇直接制备碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)方法。考察了反应时间、反应温度及压力对DMC合成的影响 ,并从CO2 在其临界点所具有的独特性质出发 ,对该反应中出现的现象作了解释。
Dimenthyl carbonate (DMC) has attracted much attention in terms of a non toxic substitute for phosgene and dimethyl sulfate; furthermore DMC is considered to be an option for meeting the oxygenate specification for transportation fuel In this paper the continuous production of DMC by the reaction of methanol with carbon dioxide in the presence of K 2CO 3 and CH 3I and near the critical point of CO 2 was preliminary investigated The reactions were carried out in a stainless steel autoclave with inner volume of 500 ml provided with a magnetic stirrer and an electric heater The products were analyzed by means of GC with a thermal conductivity detector The influence of reaction duration, reaction temperature and pressure on the production of DMC were studied, respectively From the viewpoint of the unique characteristic of supercritical CO 2, the reaction phenomenon was discussed and explained [WT5”HZ]
