摘要:一种新型紧凑式甲醇蒸汽重整反应系统被开发。该系统以板翅式换热系统为基础对传统甲醇蒸汽重整工艺中庞大的重整系统进行改进,减少了不必要的设备如蒸发过热部分,占地空间大为减少,并将传统的催化剂填充方式改为壁面涂层,同时换热器与重整反应器采用逆流换热,因而还可有效提高整个系统的传热效率。
A novel compact methanol reforming system has been developed. The plate-fin heat exchange system was used as the basic technology to improve the large reforming system in common methanol steam reforming process. Some large equipment such as over-heat vaporizing parts etc were saved and the occupied space decreased greatly. The traditional filling method of catalyst was changed to the coating on the inner wall and the counterflow heat exchange method was adopted for the heat exchanger and reforming reactor, therefore, the heat exchange efficiency of the whole system has been improved effectually.
