摘要:用敏感点法设计实验,通过核磁共振方法测定甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA,M1)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA,M2)共聚物的组成,用Error-in-VariableMethod(EVM)计算方法求得在60、80、100、120和140℃时自由基本体聚合时体系的竞聚率,分别为(r1=1.0198,r2=0.9946)、(1.000.1.038)、(1.0614,0.9927)、(1.0088,1.0017)、(1.0962,1.0208)。以及温度对竞聚率的影响,由竞聚率的结果表明,这一对单体从共聚合角度看,其结构非常相似,共聚合反应接近于理想共聚合。
n this study, comonomer mixtures of butyl methacrylate(BMA,M1) and methyl methacrylate(MMA,M2) were prepared at two sensitive points: f1=0.67,f1=0.33, which were calculated by equations f1=2/(2+r1) and f1=r2/(2+r2) with literature data. Copolymerization were carried out at 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 ℃ while AIBN was used as initiator. After purification, the copolymers were analyzed by 1HNMR, and the compositions were calculated by peak areas of -OCH2- of BMA and -OCH3 of MMA. The relative reactivity ratios and 95% joint confidence intervals are calculated by ErrorinVariable Method(EVM) to be find (r1=1.0198,r2=0.9946), (1.000.1.038), (1.0614,0.9927), (1.0088,1.0017), (1.0962,1.0208) at different of temperatures With the obtained reactivity ratios, the effect of temperature on copolymer compositions were studied. The ratios of frequency factors, Aii/Aij, the difference of activation energies (ΔEii-ΔEij), entropies (ΔS≠ii-ΔS≠ij) and ethalpies (ΔH≠ii-ΔH≠ij) between homopropagation and heteropropagation were caculated through the linear relationship between lnr and 1000/T.
