摘要：教育部提出的大力建设新文科的倡议和要求,给社会工作教育在回应社会需求、争取学科发展和优化人才培养的成效等方面带来新的契机和挑战。在教育实践中,新文科建设相关研究的主要问题为没有从倡议转变为系统性的理论框架和缺乏具有操作性的教育方案。循证实践模式是对研究证据进行选择和评估,并用于指导专业实践的程序和方法,是较为成熟的研究-教育-实践一体化模式。本文在回顾新文科建设、循证实践教育和社会工作专业教育三者的结合点基础上,提出新文科建设和社会科学的专业建设在迈向承认的目标上存在结合点;循证实践是社会工作专业既定的、较为成熟的教育模式;循证实践模式和新文科建设可能存在教学方法的“表”和成效产生机制的“里”的互构性关系;在这个基础上,进一步提出了研究理论探索和实证研究的发现、趋势和不足等,并在这个基础上尝试进一步提出社会工作教育改革和研究的启示和展望。
Ministry of Education advocates for new liberal arts education to address the challengesand problems faced by social science education,including responding to social issues,gainingprofessional recognition,and improving educational outcomes for students. The emergingnew liberal arts education paradigm(1)is lack of operational conceptual framework andassessment tool for theory development,and(2)has not developed a teaching protocol toguide educational practice. Evidence-based practice model integrates research,practice andeducation,and is a promising educational model to promote new liberal art education for socialsciences disciplines. New liberal arts education and social work professionalization developmentshare the goal of building professional identify for social work,and new liberal arteducation could be the theoretical foundation and built upon evidence-based practice model.The implications for social work education and are discussed based on findings,trends andgaps in existing literature.
