摘要:表面活性素是一类由Bacillus subtilis HSO121产生的脂肽类生物表面活性剂,有良好的表面活性和特殊的生物活性。本文采用紫外可见透射法、荧光分光光度法和圆二色谱法研究了表面活性素和溶菌酶在溶液中的相互作用。实验表明,表面活性素与溶菌酶之间主要有静电作用、疏水作用和氢键作用,且两者之间的相互作用随着体系pH的增加而减弱。表面活性素与溶菌酶之间作用机理研究为表面活性素在膜蛋白分离以及药理应用提供了一定的理论依据。
Surfactin mainly produced by Bacillus subtilis HSO121 is an efficient biosurfactant with special surface and biological activities.Interactions between surfactin and lysozyme were investigated by UV-Vis transmittance,fluorescence emission spectra and circular dichroism measurements.The results indicated that the interaction between surfactin and lysozyme was mainly due to the electrostatic attraction,hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bonds.Moreover,the interaction between surfactin and lysozyme was dependent on the pH value of the system and it was decreased as increasing of pH values.The study on the interaction between surfactin and lysozyme can provide the theoretical guidance for the membrane protein purification procedures and medical application of surfactin.
