摘要:NOVELTY - An amine compound supported composite denitration catalyst comprises 50-90 wt.% carrier, 5-25 wt.% metal oxide and 5-25 wt.% amino compound. USE - Amine compound supported composite denitration catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly amine compound supported composite denitration catalyst has excellent energy saving effect and high denitrification efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of amine compound supported composite denitration catalyst, which involves (1) weighing the carrier, (2) dissolving metal inorganic salt (A) and metal inorganic salt (B) in water to obtain metal inorganic salt precursor solution, (3) immersing the carrier in inorganic salt precursor solution, stirring at room temperature for 6-24 hours, drying at 60-110 degrees C for 12-48 hours, (4) placing the solid sample in a tube furnace, introducing nitrogen as protective gas, heating at 350-800 degrees C at the rate of 1-5 degrees C/minute, calcining for 2-6 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature under the protection of nitrogen to obtain solid sample, (5) weighing the amino compound, dissolving in water at 25-80 degrees C, formulating into amino compound solution, (6) calcining the solid sample in amino compound solution, stirring for 6-24 hours and drying under vacuum at 60-120 degrees C for 12-48 hours to obtain final product; and #application of amine compound supported composite denitration catalyst, which involves loading the catalyst in a fixed bed reactor, controlling the temperature at 0-200 degrees C, introducing flue gas containing nitrogen oxide under atmospheric pressure at the rate of 1000-100000 hour-1.
