摘要:在实验室条件下,对二次冷轧薄钢板进行电镀,研究了镀液中锡泥的质量浓度对镀锡板表面形貌的影响。结果表明:镀液中锡泥的质量浓度的增加,导致镀锡层表面产生斑点、针孔以及漏镀等缺陷;同时,镀层的微观结构也变得越来越粗糙。
A secondary cold rolled sheet steel was plated under laboratory conditions and the influence of the mass concentration of tin sludge in the bath on the surface morphology of tinplate was studied. The results show that the increase of the mass concentration of the tin sludge in the bath will cause spots, pin holes, skip plating and other defects in the surface of tin coating, and the microstructure of the coating will also become rougher and rougher.
