摘要:通过理论计算和有限元模拟的方法计算了液压成形波节管的成形压力,并进行实验验证。通过液压成形实验研究了波节管壁厚分布,并分析了适当提高成形压力对波节管尺寸精度的影响。通过爆破实验分析了液压成形波节管的内压爆破性能。结果显示:理论计算、数值模拟得到的成形压力与实验结果较为一致,提高成形压力不能明显的改善波节管的尺寸精度;成形后的波节管直管段管壁最厚,波峰处壁厚减薄量最大;波节管壁厚从波峰到直管段并不是单调增大,在过渡段边缘,壁厚局部减薄严重;经过液压成形得到的波节管内压爆破性能要优于原始光管。
Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation were carried out to determine the forming pressure of hydroformed corrugated tubes,and its accuracy was verified by the experiment. The thickness distribution was investigated and the effect of properly increasing forming pressure on the dimension precision of the corrugated tubes was analyzed by hydroforming experiment. The bursting test was applied to inspect the rupture behavior of the hydroformed corrugated tubes under internal pressure. The results show that the forming pressure values obtained by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation agree well,and the dimension precision is not obviously improved by increasing the forming pressure; the tube wall thickness reduction is up to the maximum at the location of wave crest,and the wall thickness is up to the maximum in the area of straight tube; from wave crest to the area of straight tubes,the wall thickness increases nonmonotonically,and it is severely thinned on the rim of the transition section; the rupture behavior of the hydroformed corrugated tubes is better than that of original straight tubes under internal pressure.
