摘要：通过对上海石油化工股份公司塑料部 80kt高压聚乙烯 ( 2PE)装置进行能量衡算与计算 ,得到了装置的损失分布和利用情况 ,初步把握了整个装置的节能方向 ,提出了设备、辅助系统及整个装置的能量平衡汇总和分析评价。
Through the energy balance and exergy balance of 80,000 t/a LDPE Plant(2PE) of the Plastic Division of Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited,the paper finds out the exergy loss distribution and utilization of the plant,roughly learns the key to energy conservation of the whole plant and conducts the energy balance summary and analysis for the equipment,plant,auxiliary system and the whole plant The paper also sets forth measures for energy conservation and optimization plan
