摘要:在反复的气瓶实际试验中,采用当今使用较为广泛的称重外测法进行标准瓶试验时,存在容积全变形量达不到标准瓶的理论值、卸压时不能回零的问题,即产生了残余变形值,而对于标准瓶这种情况不可能发生。为此,对气瓶水压试验方法中的两种外测法——称重法和活动量管法,从理论和试验两方面进行比较,证实了传统称重外测法的不足和国家标准中气瓶水压试验方法所推荐的活动量管法的优越性。
In repeated testing of gas cylinders,adopting weighing method to measure the standard bottle,the entire deformation volume often can reach the theoretical value of standard bottle.After pressure relief,it cannot return to zero and a residual deformation is produced.But to standard bottles,no such condition will be occured.The two gas cylinders hydraulic tests of weighing method and moving burette method were compared from both theoretical and experimental aspects.Deficiency of the traditional weighing method is confirmed,as well as,the preponderance of the moving burette method recommended by People's Republic of China national standards in the hydraulic cylinders test method is clarified.
