摘要:研究了餐饮废油的水化脱胶、酸催化预酯化和碱催化酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺条件。实验结果表明,适宜工艺条件为水化脱胶:温度70℃,时间30min,加水量为原料油质量的1%;预酯化:醇酸摩尔比7∶1,甲醇分三次加入,回流反应6h;酯交换反应:醇油摩尔比6∶1,NaOH为油质量的0.75%左右,常温下反应1h。研究了生物柴油与0#柴油的调和性质。结果表明,以餐饮废油为原料制备生物柴油总产率83%,其各项性能指标基本达到国外同类产品的标准,与0#柴油调和后低温流动性得到一定提高。
The pre-process of waste edible oil and was performed.The pre-process conditions of waste catalyzed by H2SO4 and transesterificafion for waste were investigated.The experimental results showed production of biodiesel from waste edible oil and methanol edible oil,pre-esterification for waste edible oil and methanol edible oil and methanol catalyzed by NaOH to form biodiesel that suitable condition for pre-process of waste edible oil were reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 0.5 h and a amount of water 1% of the oil weight,for pre- esterification were molar ratio of methanol to oil is 7:1 ,reaction time 6 h and three-step addition of methanol and for transesterification were molar ratio of methanol to oil is 6:1 ,reaction time 1 h and amoune of catalyzed NaOH 0.75% of the oil weight at room temperature. Under those conditions the achieved biodiesel satisfies the requirement of Austria DIN V51.606. It is found that when the biodiesel is mixed with 0^# diesel,at low temperature the mixture has better flowability than 0^# diesel.
