摘要：“主体发展性”大学德育教学模式以切入主体的人生课题、启发主体的德育实践、引发主体的心理体验、激发主体的问题探究为思路,围绕促进学生主体发展这个主题,在教学内容、教学形式、教学环节和考核评价方式等方面进行了一系列的实践探索,努力把大学德育教学过程建设成为主体个性形成、主体精神培养、主体德性塑造、主体人格提升的过程,有效地贯彻了“教书育人”的原则,调动了学生参与德育教学的积极性。
The university moral education teaching mode of ＂subject development＂ focuses on the main theme of students＇ development, with a guideline stressing life issues, moral practice, psychological and mental experience and problem probing. A series of practices have been conducted in many aspects such as teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching procedures and assessment, in order to make university moral education teaching a process of personality-forming, subject-spirit training, subject-morality shaping and personal character promoting. The principle of ＂educating while teaching＂ could be effectively practiced and students＇ enthusiasm in participating moral teaching could be stimulated.
