摘要:Metal-complexing theophylline molecular imprinted membranes were prepared on the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane substrate through the surface coated thermal polymerization method using theophylline (THO) as a template, Cu2+ as a ligand, 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as a cross-linker. The binding capacities and selectivity of imprinted membranes and non-imprinted membranes towards THO were investigated by equilibrium binding experiments. The results show that the binding capacity is increased in the coordination of Cu2+, from 1.61 μmol/g to 2.69 μmol/g at THO concentration 0.2 mmol/L. The binding capacity by imprinted membrane is distinctly enhanced in the coordination of Cu2+, compared with non-imprinted membranes. The selectivity of THO differentiated from Theobro mine (TB) can reach 2.39 at concentration 0.15 mmol/L.
